BWS was established in Auckland by Simon and Nicola Green in 2009. We spotted a gap in the market for a well-run professional building wash company.

From the outset, we strived to offer a superior service.

In 2025 we brought that expertise and superior service to Wellington.

The ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings is vital to keep roofing and building products in their optimum state. We strive to provide a service that is professional, efficient, safe and thorough, so that our clients can place their complete confidence in us. Why Use BWS?

We specialise in the washing of commercial buildings.

Primarily focusing on the exterior – roofs, windows, gutters, walls, yards and carparks. We wash anything from a small single story shop to multi-storey buildings and can manage all exterior materials and a range of building conditions. As well as having experience in washing historic buildings.

We custom built our first truck with a mounted cherry picker, a huge step up from what our competitors were offering. It enables us to clean those hard to reach areas without the need for time-consuming and pricey scaffolding, and to do so safely.

Now, many years on, our building wash company has seven trucks and a trailer unit operating across Auckland and Wellington, and a team of hard working loyal people with many years of building washing behind them. We are proud to work with some of the city and country’s largest businesses and commercial properties, including Goodman Property Group, Waitemata District Health Board, Auckland Hospital, Royal New Zealand Navy, Mitre 10 and Property for Industry.
